Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your ChillBunz order. Here is how returns and refunds work.

Ball markers
You can return ball markers within 30 days of delivery for any reason. Markers need to be unused and in their original packaging.

Seat cover
The seat cover is covered against manufacturing defects for 30 days from delivery. If a defect in materials or workmanship shows up within that time, we will replace it or refund it. We do not accept returns on the cover for other reasons.

How to start a return
Email us at contact@chillbunz.com with your order number, and for a defect claim a photo of the issue. We will send you a prepaid return label, so return shipping is on us.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process your refund to your original payment method. You will get an email when the refund is issued. Your bank can take a few business days to post it.
